Helen Graham took over the affix and breeding programme
in 1983 having owned Daxlore Salukis for several years,
and is still breeding Daxlore Salukis true to type.
Daxlore Aurelianus (3RCCs) the only puppy
in her first litter, was Our Dogs/Pedigree Petfoods Top Puppy in Breed
1988, gained the breed's Junior Warrant record of 101 and was NSC Top
Saluki and SGHC Joint Top Junior of 1989.

Daxlore Mirabile Best of Breed Crufts 1999 (Daxlore Aurelianus
x Daxlore Kashala)

Aurelianus is the sire of Ch. Daxlore
Mirabile, who was the Best of Breed at Crufts aged only 2
and gained his title at Crufts 2001.
| Mirabile is one of an outstanding litter
of seven, all pale cream like their sire and dam (Daxlore
Kashala),
that has won consistently. His brother Daxlore
Mirage has won a CC and RCC, another
brother Daxlore Mirasma (owned by Sheryl Steer) has won 2 CCs and
a RCC. Their sister, Daxlore Miranda, has also won a RCC. |

Aziz Odeion of Fernlark (RCC) born 9.10.02. From this litter.the
striking black and white particolour, Daxlore
Baksheesh, owned
by Stina Jalkanen in Finland, gained 2Ccs aged just 10 months,
and in the UK his litter brothers Badshah, Barak, Bishir and
Bahrain have been very successful.
A litter of eight sired by Pahlavan x Mirabile
daughter Daxlore Solitaire, born 8/8/01,
produced the winning dogs Daxlore Amir (CC, RCC Best in Show at the Saluki and Gazelle Hound Championship Show 2004) Aslam (RCC), Ashiqa (RCC) and Aduba.(2CCs) owned by Susanna Maataa in Finland.
A repeat mating in 2004 produced Daxlore Camran (Spanish Ch, 3CCs Norway & lure coursing champion),Carima (CAC, RCAC, (France), CAC (Spain)), Daxlore Caleisha and Daxlore Chalil, UK winners

Progeny from Pahlavan’s litter to Daxlore Faire, born 15.7.02, has won well, Desiree has won 3 CACs, RCACs in France, Dezi CACIB and BOB in France and CAC in Spain where he was Best Saluki Dog at the Spanish Saluki Club Specialty 2006, Dezillah gained a RCC in the UK as a Junior and Daisimae and Dazijane are consistent winners in the UK.
In 2000, Helen’s husband, David, was granted a Separate Interest
in the Daxlore affix, and in 2005 became a Joint Partner. |
