Between 1954 and 1986, 54 Daxlore litters
were bred and several kennels in Britain have as their foundation Daxlore
Salukis. These include the Amena kennels of Miss Mary
Long, owner of Ch. Sovereign of Daxlore, the Starflight
Kennel of Mrs. Janet Bullock, and the Ishieya Kennel of
Doreen and Eric Stansfield (now in Australia). Daxlore
Salukis were also a major influence on the Tahawi Kennel
of Mr. Terry Thorn.
The Daxlore litters produced many
champions in the UK and overseas.
